By consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are hand made, made to order items that are created in our warehouse specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 2-5 days after your order is placed. Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations. NO refunds to be given after your order is confirmed and ready to be produced.

 

NOTE: Some of our items are made through a 3rd party, which is clearly stated on the item description, because these items are made through a 3rd party, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our third party partners does not allow exchanges or returns, Unless it's damaged, or the wrong item is sent. THESE ITEMS REGULARLY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO BE SHIPPED!
